The answer is health savings accounts with high deductible insurance for all Americans through tax policy. Then each patient is now in charge of what they spend. The results in Indiana have been excellent. With time the monies in the health savings account accumulated over a life time would eliminate the need for Medicare and Medicaid.Kenneth A.
